Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Vishal Trend. This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased through Vishal Trend.

Our products include Colouring Books, Drawing Books, Activity Books, Writing Books, Practice Books and other similar books.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns subject to the conditions mentioned below:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The book must not contain any colouring, drawing, writing, handwriting, marking or other alterations.

  • The pages must not be torn, removed, folded, damaged or missing.

  • Activity pages, practice exercises or other pages must not have been completed or used.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable.

  • The product must be purchased directly from Vishal Trend.

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a book that is:

  • Damaged during delivery;

  • Torn or materially damaged;

  • Having missing pages;

  • Having significant printing or binding defects; or

  • Different from the product ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

After verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement of the product; or

  • A refund, where replacement is not possible.

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or provide an eligible refund.

4. Non-Returnable / Used Products

Due to the nature of our products, returns may not be accepted where the book has been used or altered by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Colouring books that have been coloured or partially coloured.

  • Drawing books containing drawings, sketches or other markings.

  • Writing books containing handwriting or written exercises.

  • Practice books where exercises have been completed.

  • Activity books where activities, puzzles, worksheets or exercises have been completed.

  • Books with writing, highlighting, underlining or other markings.

  • Books with torn, removed, folded or missing pages.

  • Books damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Products returned after the applicable return period.

  • Products that are not purchased directly from our website.

5. Return Process

Please provide:

  • Order number;

  • Customer name;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Reason for return; and

  • Photographs/videos of the product, wherever applicable.

Once the return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return of the product.

6. Return Shipping Charges

For products returned due to a wrong product, damaged product or printing/binding defect, the return shipping cost will be borne by Vishal Trend, subject to verification.

For returns due to change of mind or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is eligible.

If the refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

The refund will normally be made through the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's bank account or payment account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

8. Cancellation and Refund

An order may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, where a refund is approved, the customer may be required to provide appropriate bank account or other payment details for processing the refund.

10. Exchange / Replacement

Where applicable, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged products;

  • Defective products;

  • Incorrect products delivered; or

  • Products with verified printing/binding defects.

Replacement will be subject to product availability.
